Question 1

What do front end 2019 LEXUS ES models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 597 recorded sales of the 2019 LEXUS ES with front end damage, the median was $12,700, from $6,800 to $17,100. That is 2% below the $12,938 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $17,600 a good price for this 2019 LEXUS ES?

Accepted Answer

1331 comparable 2019 LEXUS ES listings sold at auction for a median of $12,938, spanning $6,800 to $17,400. At $17,600 this one went 36% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a clear mean for this LEXUS ES?

Accepted Answer

This 2019 LEXUS ES was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 LEXUS ES. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 41,130 miles high for a 2019 LEXUS ES?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 LEXUS ES listings at auction averaged 78,945 miles across 1331 sales, so at 41,130 miles this one sits 48% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Who sold this 2019 LEXUS ES?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was GEICO. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.
