Question 1

What do rear 2025 LEXUS ES models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 39 recorded sales of the 2025 LEXUS ES with rear damage, the median was $21,450, from $13,650 to $28,650. That is 7% above the $20,000 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

This LEXUS ES sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

Is 16,850 miles high for a 2025 LEXUS ES?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2025 LEXUS ES listings at auction averaged 11,654 miles across 698 sales, so at 16,850 miles this one sits 45% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Who sold this 2025 LEXUS ES?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was STATE FARM INSURANCE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN 58AJZ1B17SU215770?

Accepted Answer

58AJZ1B17SU215770 identifies this specific 2025 LEXUS ES in silver with a 3.5l v-6 di, dohc, vvt, regular , 302hp engine, front wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2025 LEXUS ES from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2025 LEXUS ES was listed at IAAI as lot 46197028 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
