Question 1

What do rear end 2025 LEXUS ES models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 92 recorded sales of the 2025 LEXUS ES with rear end damage, the median was $21,900, from $15,500 to $28,500. That is 10% above the $19,900 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $21,500 a good price for this 2025 LEXUS ES?

Accepted Answer

680 comparable 2025 LEXUS ES listings sold at auction for a median of $19,900, spanning $11,200 to $27,250. At $21,500 this one went 8% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this LEXUS ES sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2025 LEXUS ES's pre-damage retail value at $43,400. It sold for $21,500 — 50% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does a salvage title mean for this LEXUS ES?

Accepted Answer

This 2025 LEXUS ES was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 5

Is 9,595 miles high for a 2025 LEXUS ES?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2025 LEXUS ES listings at auction averaged 11,422 miles across 680 sales, so at 9,595 miles this one sits 16% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

This LEXUS ES has rear end and minor dent/scratches damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.
