Question 1

What do front end 2024 LEXUS ES models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 371 recorded sales of the 2024 LEXUS ES with front end damage, the median was $16,575, from $9,900 to $22,300. That is 4% below the $17,300 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $18,700 a good price for this 2024 LEXUS ES?

Accepted Answer

791 comparable 2024 LEXUS ES listings sold at auction for a median of $17,300, spanning $9,600 to $24,100. At $18,700 this one went 8% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This LEXUS ES sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2024 LEXUS ES. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

How far is this LEXUS ES from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in NV - LAS VEGAS. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 350 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $300-$425, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 4,319 miles high for a 2024 LEXUS ES?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2024 LEXUS ES listings at auction averaged 24,051 miles across 791 sales, so at 4,319 miles this one sits 82% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
