Question 1

What do left side 2025 LEXUS ES models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 24 recorded sales of the 2025 LEXUS ES with left side damage, the median was $15,800, from $10,000 to $23,300. That is 21% below the $19,900 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $12,825 a good price for this 2025 LEXUS ES?

Accepted Answer

680 comparable 2025 LEXUS ES listings sold at auction for a median of $19,900, spanning $11,200 to $27,250. At $12,825 this one went 36% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this LEXUS ES?

Accepted Answer

This 2025 LEXUS ES was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this LEXUS ES from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in SC - SIMPSONVILLE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Charleston, roughly 130 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does "ENGINE STARTS" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENGINE STARTS is the auction's own condition note for this 2025 LEXUS ES. It is a short status flag applied by the auction, not the result of a mechanical inspection. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

This LEXUS ES has left side and all over damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.
