Question 1

What do side 2024 LEXUS ES models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 74 recorded sales of the 2024 LEXUS ES with side damage, the median was $19,100, from $14,800 to $25,250. That is 10% above the $17,300 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $26,000 a good price for this 2024 LEXUS ES?

Accepted Answer

761 comparable 2024 LEXUS ES listings sold at auction for a median of $17,300, spanning $9,600 to $23,850. At $26,000 this one went 50% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This LEXUS ES sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does a salvage title mean for this LEXUS ES?

Accepted Answer

This 2024 LEXUS ES was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 5

How far is this LEXUS ES from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in MA - NORTH BILLERICA. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 220 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $275-$400, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 15,533 miles high for a 2024 LEXUS ES?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2024 LEXUS ES listings at auction averaged 23,472 miles across 761 sales, so at 15,533 miles this one sits 34% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
