Question 1

What do front end 2017 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 151 recorded sales of the 2017 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT with front end damage, the median was $6,650, from $4,150 to $12,800. That is 4% below the $6,900 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $4,800 a good price for this 2017 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT?

Accepted Answer

503 comparable 2017 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT listings sold at auction for a median of $6,900, spanning $3,900 to $13,150. At $4,800 this one went 30% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2017 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT's pre-damage retail value at $10,621. It sold for $4,800 — 55% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

This LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT has front end and side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

Is 143,663 miles high for a 2017 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT listings at auction averaged 95,213 miles across 503 sales, so at 143,663 miles this one sits 51% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What does a salvage title mean for this LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.
