Question 1

What do front end 2017 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 145 recorded sales of the 2017 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT with front end damage, the median was $6,700, from $4,150 to $13,000. That is 3% below the $6,925 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,550 a good price for this 2017 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT?

Accepted Answer

489 comparable 2017 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT listings sold at auction for a median of $6,925, spanning $3,950 to $13,500. At $3,550 this one went 49% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

This LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT has front end and left side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

How far is this LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in IA - DAVENPORT. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 1,000 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $650-$950, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 126,824 miles high for a 2017 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT listings at auction averaged 95,504 miles across 489 sales, so at 126,824 miles this one sits 33% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
