Question 1

What do minor dent/scratches 2016 LAND ROVER DISCOVERY models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 10 recorded sales of the 2016 LAND ROVER DISCOVERY with minor dent/scratches damage, the median was $3,650, from $3,050 to $5,485. That is 5% below the $3,850 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

How far is this LAND ROVER DISCOVERY from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in MA - MENDON. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 220 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $275-$400, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 3

What does "ENGINE STARTS" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENGINE STARTS is the auction's own condition note for this 2016 LAND ROVER DISCOVERY. It is a short status flag applied by the auction, not the result of a mechanical inspection. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

Is 115,686 miles high for a 2016 LAND ROVER DISCOVERY?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 LAND ROVER DISCOVERY listings at auction averaged 100,156 miles across 80 sales, so at 115,686 miles this one sits 16% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Did this 2016 LAND ROVER DISCOVERY come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with minor dent/scratches damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN SALCP2BG3GH576586?

Accepted Answer
