Question 1

Was $14,300 a good price for this 2023 KIA TELLURIDE?

Accepted Answer

965 comparable 2023 KIA TELLURIDE listings sold at auction for a median of $10,200, spanning $5,300 to $16,000. At $14,300 this one went 40% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

How much below its undamaged value did this KIA TELLURIDE sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2023 KIA TELLURIDE's pre-damage retail value at $35,769. It sold for $14,300 — 60% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 3

What does a salvage title mean for this KIA TELLURIDE?

Accepted Answer

This 2023 KIA TELLURIDE was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this KIA TELLURIDE from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in NC - LUMBERTON. The nearest major vehicle export port is Charleston, roughly 280 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$325, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 78,382 miles high for a 2023 KIA TELLURIDE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2023 KIA TELLURIDE listings at auction averaged 45,165 miles across 965 sales, so at 78,382 miles this one sits 74% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Did this 2023 KIA TELLURIDE come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with mechanical damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
