Question 1

What do minor dent/scratches 2020 KIA TELLURIDE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 53 recorded sales of the 2020 KIA TELLURIDE with minor dent/scratches damage, the median was $7,400, from $4,950 to $13,200. That is 25% above the $5,900 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $7,500 a good price for this 2020 KIA TELLURIDE?

Accepted Answer

1699 comparable 2020 KIA TELLURIDE listings sold at auction for a median of $5,900, spanning $3,950 to $8,900. At $7,500 this one went 27% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This KIA TELLURIDE sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does a clean title mean for this KIA TELLURIDE?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 KIA TELLURIDE was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 5

How far is this KIA TELLURIDE from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in TX - WILMER. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 90,552 miles high for a 2020 KIA TELLURIDE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 KIA TELLURIDE listings at auction averaged 99,823 miles across 1699 sales, so at 90,552 miles this one sits 9% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
