Question 1

What do rear end 2022 KIA TELLURIDE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 194 recorded sales of the 2022 KIA TELLURIDE with rear end damage, the median was $8,600, from $5,600 to $12,900. That is 15% above the $7,500 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $7,900 a good price for this 2022 KIA TELLURIDE?

Accepted Answer

1521 comparable 2022 KIA TELLURIDE listings sold at auction for a median of $7,500, spanning $4,200 to $12,400. At $7,900 this one went 5% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this KIA TELLURIDE sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2022 KIA TELLURIDE's pre-damage retail value at $28,725. It sold for $7,900 — 72% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

How far is this KIA TELLURIDE from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in MI - WOODHAVEN. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 550 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $475-$650, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does a clean title mean for this KIA TELLURIDE?

Accepted Answer

This 2022 KIA TELLURIDE was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 6

Is 73,950 miles high for a 2022 KIA TELLURIDE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 KIA TELLURIDE listings at auction averaged 62,691 miles across 1521 sales, so at 73,950 miles this one sits 18% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
