Question 1

What do rear end 2019 KIA STINGER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 47 recorded sales of the 2019 KIA STINGER with rear end damage, the median was $5,450, from $3,450 to $8,900. That is 7% above the $5,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

This KIA STINGER sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

What does a clean title mean for this KIA STINGER?

Accepted Answer

This 2019 KIA STINGER was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 4

This KIA STINGER has rear end and front end damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

How far is this KIA STINGER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in MI - LANSING. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 550 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $475-$650, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 85,882 miles high for a 2019 KIA STINGER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 KIA STINGER listings at auction averaged 80,068 miles across 389 sales, so at 85,882 miles this one sits 7% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
