Question 1

What do right side 2022 KIA STINGER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 11 recorded sales of the 2022 KIA STINGER with right side damage, the median was $7,625, from $5,600 to $10,500. That is 10% above the $6,950 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $10,500 a good price for this 2022 KIA STINGER?

Accepted Answer

369 comparable 2022 KIA STINGER listings sold at auction for a median of $6,950, spanning $3,900 to $12,700. At $10,500 this one went 51% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How far is this KIA STINGER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in CA - PERRIS. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

This KIA STINGER has right side and suspension damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

What does "ENGINE STARTS" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENGINE STARTS is the auction's own condition note for this 2022 KIA STINGER. It is a short status flag applied by the auction, not the result of a mechanical inspection. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 63,233 miles high for a 2022 KIA STINGER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 KIA STINGER listings at auction averaged 56,738 miles across 369 sales, so at 63,233 miles this one sits 11% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
