Question 1

What do side 2019 KIA STINGER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 30 recorded sales of the 2019 KIA STINGER with side damage, the median was $5,950, from $3,900 to $9,000. That is 17% above the $5,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $7,500 a good price for this 2019 KIA STINGER?

Accepted Answer

377 comparable 2019 KIA STINGER listings sold at auction for a median of $5,100, spanning $3,350 to $8,600. At $7,500 this one went 47% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this KIA STINGER sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2019 KIA STINGER's pre-damage retail value at $19,154. It sold for $7,500 — 61% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

This KIA STINGER has side and rear end damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

What does a salvage title mean for this KIA STINGER?

Accepted Answer

This 2019 KIA STINGER was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 6

Is 66,500 miles high for a 2019 KIA STINGER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 KIA STINGER listings at auction averaged 79,548 miles across 377 sales, so at 66,500 miles this one sits 16% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
