Question 1

What do right side 2021 KIA STINGER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 11 recorded sales of the 2021 KIA STINGER with right side damage, the median was $7,975, from $5,700 to $10,650. That is 36% above the $5,875 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $8,050 a good price for this 2021 KIA STINGER?

Accepted Answer

155 comparable 2021 KIA STINGER listings sold at auction for a median of $5,875, spanning $3,550 to $10,200. At $8,050 this one went 37% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this KIA STINGER?

Accepted Answer

This 2021 KIA STINGER was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this KIA STINGER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in UT - OGDEN. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 700 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $450-$675, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does "ENGINE STARTS" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENGINE STARTS is the auction's own condition note for this 2021 KIA STINGER. It is a short status flag applied by the auction, not the result of a mechanical inspection. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 66,176 miles high for a 2021 KIA STINGER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 KIA STINGER listings at auction averaged 64,577 miles across 155 sales, so at 66,176 miles this one sits 2% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
