Question 1

Was $7,725 a good price for this 2021 KIA SORENTO?

Accepted Answer

1565 comparable 2021 KIA SORENTO listings sold at auction for a median of $7,000, spanning $4,050 to $10,700. At $7,725 this one went 10% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

This KIA SORENTO sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

What does a clear-az mean for this KIA SORENTO?

Accepted Answer

This 2021 KIA SORENTO was sold on a clear-az. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 4

How far is this KIA SORENTO from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in AZ - PHOENIX. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 380 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $325-$450, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Can I buy this 2021 KIA SORENTO from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2021 KIA SORENTO was listed at IAAI as lot 40244201 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.

Question 6
