Question 1

What do front end 2025 KIA SORENTO models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 674 recorded sales of the 2025 KIA SORENTO with front end damage, the median was $12,600, from $7,100 to $17,500. That is 5% below the $13,300 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $7,800 a good price for this 2025 KIA SORENTO?

Accepted Answer

1399 comparable 2025 KIA SORENTO listings sold at auction for a median of $13,300, spanning $7,100 to $18,800. At $7,800 this one went 41% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this KIA SORENTO?

Accepted Answer

This 2025 KIA SORENTO was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this KIA SORENTO from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in IA - DE SOTO. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 1,000 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $650-$950, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2025 KIA SORENTO. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 12,170 miles high for a 2025 KIA SORENTO?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2025 KIA SORENTO listings at auction averaged 14,465 miles across 1399 sales, so at 12,170 miles this one sits 16% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
