Question 1

What do left side 2022 KIA SORENTO models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 59 recorded sales of the 2022 KIA SORENTO with left side damage, the median was $8,175, from $5,400 to $11,600. That is 5% above the $7,800 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

This KIA SORENTO sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

This KIA SORENTO has left side and left rear damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 4

Is 95,426 miles high for a 2022 KIA SORENTO?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 KIA SORENTO listings at auction averaged 61,317 miles across 1878 sales, so at 95,426 miles this one sits 56% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Who sold this 2022 KIA SORENTO?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was PROGRESSIVE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 6

Where was this KIA SORENTO located?

Accepted Answer

The lot was held at IAAI in AK - WASILLA. Location sets the inland transport cost to a port or a repair shop, and state title rules differ, so two otherwise identical cars can be worth noticeably different amounts.
