Question 1

What do front end 2022 KIA SORENTO models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 987 recorded sales of the 2022 KIA SORENTO with front end damage, the median was $7,300, from $4,450 to $11,200. That is 6% below the $7,800 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2022 KIA SORENTO. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 3

Is 78,472 miles high for a 2022 KIA SORENTO?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 KIA SORENTO listings at auction averaged 62,081 miles across 1970 sales, so at 78,472 miles this one sits 26% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Who sold this 2022 KIA SORENTO?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was PROGRESSIVE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN 5XYRG4LC6NG138871?

Accepted Answer

5XYRG4LC6NG138871 identifies this specific 2022 KIA SORENTO in brown with a 2.5l i-4 di, dohc, vvt, regular , 191hp engine, front wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Did this 2022 KIA SORENTO come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front end damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
