Question 1

What do side 2022 KIA SORENTO models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 168 recorded sales of the 2022 KIA SORENTO with side damage, the median was $8,300, from $5,400 to $12,800. That is 6% above the $7,800 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

How far is this KIA SORENTO from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in LA - NEW ORLEANS. The nearest major vehicle export port is New Orleans, roughly 130 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 3

This KIA SORENTO has side and water/flood damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 4

Is 93,806 miles high for a 2022 KIA SORENTO?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 KIA SORENTO listings at auction averaged 61,654 miles across 1910 sales, so at 93,806 miles this one sits 52% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Did this 2022 KIA SORENTO come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with side damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN 5XYRG4LC6NG114148?

Accepted Answer

5XYRG4LC6NG114148 identifies this specific 2022 KIA SORENTO in grey with a 2.5l 4 engine, front wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.
