Question 1

What do front end 2020 KIA SORENTO models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 641 recorded sales of the 2020 KIA SORENTO with front end damage, the median was $3,950, from $3,100 to $5,500. That is 5% below the $4,150 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $4,450 a good price for this 2020 KIA SORENTO?

Accepted Answer

1448 comparable 2020 KIA SORENTO listings sold at auction for a median of $4,150, spanning $3,150 to $6,150. At $4,450 this one went 7% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 KIA SORENTO. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

Is 177,688 miles high for a 2020 KIA SORENTO?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 KIA SORENTO listings at auction averaged 82,121 miles across 1448 sales, so at 177,688 miles this one sits 116% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Where was this KIA SORENTO located?

Accepted Answer

The lot was held at COPART in AB - NISKU. Location sets the inland transport cost to a port or a repair shop, and state title rules differ, so two otherwise identical cars can be worth noticeably different amounts.

Question 6

Did this 2020 KIA SORENTO come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front end damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
