What do mechanical 2019 KIA SORENTO models sell for?

Across 31 recorded sales of the 2019 KIA SORENTO with mechanical damage, the median was $3,775, from $3,100 to $5,600. That is 1% below the $3,800 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Was $5,600 a good price for this 2019 KIA SORENTO?

1855 comparable 2019 KIA SORENTO listings sold at auction for a median of $3,800, spanning $3,100 to $5,400. At $5,600 this one went 47% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

How much below its undamaged value did this KIA SORENTO sell for?

The insurer put this 2019 KIA SORENTO's pre-damage retail value at $19,545. It sold for $5,600 — 71% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

How far is this KIA SORENTO from an export port?

The lot sat at COPART in SC - GASTON. The nearest major vehicle export port is Charleston, roughly 130 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Is 183,411 miles high for a 2019 KIA SORENTO?

Comparable 2019 KIA SORENTO listings at auction averaged 91,491 miles across 1855 sales, so at 183,411 miles this one sits 100% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

What does a certificate of title (p) mean for this KIA SORENTO?

This 2019 KIA SORENTO was sold on a certificate of title (p). The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.
