What do front end 2017 KIA SORENTO models sell for?

Across 321 recorded sales of the 2017 KIA SORENTO with front end damage, the median was $3,500, from $3,050 to $4,400. That is 1% below the $3,550 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Was $4,600 a good price for this 2017 KIA SORENTO?

953 comparable 2017 KIA SORENTO listings sold at auction for a median of $3,550, spanning $3,050 to $4,700. At $4,600 this one went 30% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

How much below its undamaged value did this KIA SORENTO sell for?

The insurer put this 2017 KIA SORENTO's pre-damage retail value at $13,873. It sold for $4,600 — 67% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

What does a clean title mean for this KIA SORENTO?

This 2017 KIA SORENTO was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2017 KIA SORENTO. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Is 202,181 miles high for a 2017 KIA SORENTO?

Comparable 2017 KIA SORENTO listings at auction averaged 104,071 miles across 953 sales, so at 202,181 miles this one sits 94% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
