Question 1

What do front end 2023 KIA SELTOS models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 518 recorded sales of the 2023 KIA SELTOS with front end damage, the median was $5,000, from $3,250 to $7,500. That is 9% below the $5,500 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,025 a good price for this 2023 KIA SELTOS?

Accepted Answer

1040 comparable 2023 KIA SELTOS listings sold at auction for a median of $5,500, spanning $3,450 to $8,600. At $3,025 this one went 45% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This KIA SELTOS sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does a salvage mean for this KIA SELTOS?

Accepted Answer

This 2023 KIA SELTOS was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 5

Is 36,642 miles high for a 2023 KIA SELTOS?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2023 KIA SELTOS listings at auction averaged 87,320 miles across 1040 sales, so at 36,642 miles this one sits 58% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

How far is this KIA SELTOS from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in MO - OKLAHOMA CITY. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 780 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $500-$750, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.
