Question 1

What do minor dent/scratches 2021 KIA SELTOS models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 23 recorded sales of the 2021 KIA SELTOS with minor dent/scratches damage, the median was $6,150, from $3,600 to $8,500. That is 40% above the $4,400 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $7,700 a good price for this 2021 KIA SELTOS?

Accepted Answer

1609 comparable 2021 KIA SELTOS listings sold at auction for a median of $4,400, spanning $3,250 to $6,400. At $7,700 this one went 75% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this KIA SELTOS sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2021 KIA SELTOS's pre-damage retail value at $9,475. It sold for $7,700 — 19% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does a clean title mean for this KIA SELTOS?

Accepted Answer

This 2021 KIA SELTOS was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 5

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2021 KIA SELTOS. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 124,648 miles high for a 2021 KIA SELTOS?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 KIA SELTOS listings at auction averaged 65,793 miles across 1609 sales, so at 124,648 miles this one sits 89% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
