Question 1

What does a salvage mean for this KIA SEDONA?

Accepted Answer

This 2016 KIA SEDONA was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 2

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2016 KIA SEDONA. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 3

Is 138,277 miles high for a 2016 KIA SEDONA?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 KIA SEDONA listings at auction averaged 89,101 miles across 95 sales, so at 138,277 miles this one sits 55% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Who sold this 2016 KIA SEDONA?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was PROGRESSIVE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 5

Did this 2016 KIA SEDONA come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with left front damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2016 KIA SEDONA from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2016 KIA SEDONA was listed at IAAI as lot 46443466 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
