Question 1

What do rear end 2019 KIA SEDONA models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 28 recorded sales of the 2019 KIA SEDONA with rear end damage, the median was $4,050, from $3,200 to $5,100. That is 6% above the $3,825 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $4,200 a good price for this 2019 KIA SEDONA?

Accepted Answer

165 comparable 2019 KIA SEDONA listings sold at auction for a median of $3,825, spanning $3,200 to $5,600. At $4,200 this one went 10% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this KIA SEDONA sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2019 KIA SEDONA's pre-damage retail value at $19,966. It sold for $4,200 — 79% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 KIA SEDONA. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

What does a salvage title mean for this KIA SEDONA?

Accepted Answer

This 2019 KIA SEDONA was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 6

Is 162,274 miles high for a 2019 KIA SEDONA?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 KIA SEDONA listings at auction averaged 88,435 miles across 165 sales, so at 162,274 miles this one sits 83% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
