Question 1

This KIA SEDONA sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 2

What does a clear mean for this KIA SEDONA?

Accepted Answer

This 2016 KIA SEDONA was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 3

How far is this KIA SEDONA from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in WI - SUSSEX. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 850 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $550-$800, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2016 KIA SEDONA. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 1 miles high for a 2016 KIA SEDONA?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 KIA SEDONA listings at auction averaged 89,101 miles across 95 sales, so at 1 miles this one sits 100% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN KNDMC5C11G6112825?

Accepted Answer

KNDMC5C11G6112825 identifies this specific 2016 KIA SEDONA in silver with a 3.3l v-6 di, dohc, vvt, 276hp engine, front wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.
