Question 1

What do normal wear & tear 2020 KIA OPTIMA models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 11 recorded sales of the 2020 KIA OPTIMA with normal wear & tear damage, the median was $3,913, from $3,200 to $4,300. That is 9% above the $3,600 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does a clear mean for this KIA OPTIMA?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 KIA OPTIMA was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 3

How far is this KIA OPTIMA from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in NY - CICERO. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 160 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Did this 2020 KIA OPTIMA come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with normal wear & tear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN 5XXGT4L39LG422533?

Accepted Answer

5XXGT4L39LG422533 identifies this specific 2020 KIA OPTIMA with a 2.4l i-4 di, dohc, vvt, 185hp engine, front wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2020 KIA OPTIMA from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2020 KIA OPTIMA was listed at IAAI as lot 43337735 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
