What does a clear mean for this KIA OPTIMA?

This 2017 KIA OPTIMA was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2017 KIA OPTIMA. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Is 37,558 miles high for a 2017 KIA OPTIMA?

Comparable 2017 KIA OPTIMA listings at auction averaged 87,589 miles across 208 sales, so at 37,558 miles this one sits 57% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Where was this KIA OPTIMA located?

The lot was held at IAAI in HI - KAPOLEI. Location sets the inland transport cost to a port or a repair shop, and state title rules differ, so two otherwise identical cars can be worth noticeably different amounts.

Did this 2017 KIA OPTIMA come with keys?

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with normal wear & tear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Can I buy this 2017 KIA OPTIMA from AutoBidCar?

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2017 KIA OPTIMA was listed at IAAI as lot 45276198 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
