Question 1

What do front end 2024 KIA NIRO models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 535 recorded sales of the 2024 KIA NIRO with front end damage, the median was $7,500, from $4,075 to $11,100. That is 9% below the $8,200 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,650 a good price for this 2024 KIA NIRO?

Accepted Answer

1059 comparable 2024 KIA NIRO listings sold at auction for a median of $8,200, spanning $4,550 to $11,800. At $3,650 this one went 55% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This KIA NIRO sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

This KIA NIRO has front end and frame damage damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

What does a salvage title mean for this KIA NIRO?

Accepted Answer

This 2024 KIA NIRO was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 6

Is 71,731 miles high for a 2024 KIA NIRO?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2024 KIA NIRO listings at auction averaged 34,744 miles across 1059 sales, so at 71,731 miles this one sits 106% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
