Question 1

What do front & rear 2022 KIA NIRO models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 11 recorded sales of the 2022 KIA NIRO with front & rear damage, the median was $5,363, from $4,175 to $6,750. That is 12% below the $6,125 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $5,800 a good price for this 2022 KIA NIRO?

Accepted Answer

590 comparable 2022 KIA NIRO listings sold at auction for a median of $6,125, spanning $3,800 to $8,750. At $5,800 this one went 5% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this KIA NIRO?

Accepted Answer

This 2022 KIA NIRO was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2022 KIA NIRO. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 41,020 miles high for a 2022 KIA NIRO?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 KIA NIRO listings at auction averaged 63,645 miles across 590 sales, so at 41,020 miles this one sits 36% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

This KIA NIRO has front & rear and left side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.
