Question 1

What do rear end 2019 KIA NIRO models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 74 recorded sales of the 2019 KIA NIRO with rear end damage, the median was $4,650, from $3,300 to $6,200. That is 8% above the $4,325 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

How far is this KIA NIRO from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in MI - WOODHAVEN. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 550 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $475-$650, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 3

What does "ENGINE STARTS" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENGINE STARTS is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 KIA NIRO. It is a short status flag applied by the auction, not the result of a mechanical inspection. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

Is 99,165 miles high for a 2019 KIA NIRO?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 KIA NIRO listings at auction averaged 81,595 miles across 534 sales, so at 99,165 miles this one sits 22% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Did this 2019 KIA NIRO come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with rear end damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN KNDCB3LC9K5265942?

Accepted Answer

KNDCB3LC9K5265942 identifies this specific 2019 KIA NIRO in red with a 1.6l 4 engine, front wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.
