Question 1

Was $7,500 a good price for this 2019 KIA NIRO?

Accepted Answer

535 comparable 2019 KIA NIRO listings sold at auction for a median of $4,313, spanning $3,200 to $6,400. At $7,500 this one went 74% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

This KIA NIRO sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this KIA NIRO sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2019 KIA NIRO's pre-damage retail value at $17,496. It sold for $7,500 — 57% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 KIA NIRO. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

What does a clean title mean for this KIA NIRO?

Accepted Answer

This 2019 KIA NIRO was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 6

Is 41,282 miles high for a 2019 KIA NIRO?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 KIA NIRO listings at auction averaged 81,585 miles across 535 sales, so at 41,282 miles this one sits 49% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
