Question 1

What do front end 2018 KIA NIRO models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 111 recorded sales of the 2018 KIA NIRO with front end damage, the median was $3,875, from $3,125 to $5,100. That is 5% below the $4,075 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

This KIA NIRO sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

How far is this KIA NIRO from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in CA - SAN DIEGO. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Is 89,222 miles high for a 2018 KIA NIRO?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 KIA NIRO listings at auction averaged 94,655 miles across 315 sales, so at 89,222 miles this one sits 6% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Can I buy this 2018 KIA NIRO from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2018 KIA NIRO was listed at COPART as lot 55978616 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN KNDCC3LC4J5128323?

Accepted Answer

KNDCC3LC4J5128323 identifies this specific 2018 KIA NIRO in silver with a 1.6l 4 engine, front wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.
