Question 1

What do front end 2020 KIA NIRO models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 217 recorded sales of the 2020 KIA NIRO with front end damage, the median was $5,100, from $3,425 to $7,600. That is 5% below the $5,375 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $4,950 a good price for this 2020 KIA NIRO?

Accepted Answer

445 comparable 2020 KIA NIRO listings sold at auction for a median of $5,375, spanning $3,575 to $8,000. At $4,950 this one went 8% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This KIA NIRO sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does a salvage-az mean for this KIA NIRO?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 KIA NIRO was sold on a salvage-az. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 5

How far is this KIA NIRO from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in AZ - PHOENIX. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 380 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $325-$450, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 84,467 miles high for a 2020 KIA NIRO?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 KIA NIRO listings at auction averaged 75,694 miles across 445 sales, so at 84,467 miles this one sits 12% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
