Question 1

What do front end 2017 HYUNDAI SONATA models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 140 recorded sales of the 2017 HYUNDAI SONATA with front end damage, the median was $3,338, from $3,050 to $4,100. That is 3% below the $3,450 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Is 143,391 miles high for a 2017 HYUNDAI SONATA?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 HYUNDAI SONATA listings at auction averaged 83,039 miles across 529 sales, so at 143,391 miles this one sits 73% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 3

Who sold this 2017 HYUNDAI SONATA?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was NEW JERSEY MANUFACTURING GROUP. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 4

Did this 2017 HYUNDAI SONATA come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front end damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN 5NPE34AF8HH450212?

Accepted Answer

5NPE34AF8HH450212 identifies this specific 2017 HYUNDAI SONATA in white with a 2.4l i-4 di, dohc, vvt, regular , 185hp engine, front wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2017 HYUNDAI SONATA from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2017 HYUNDAI SONATA was listed at IAAI as lot 46289727 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
