Question 1

How far is this HYUNDAI SONATA from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in NE - GREENWOOD. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 900 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $575-$850, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 2

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 HYUNDAI SONATA. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 3

Is 103,425 miles high for a 2018 HYUNDAI SONATA?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 HYUNDAI SONATA listings at auction averaged 79,547 miles across 1141 sales, so at 103,425 miles this one sits 30% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Who sold this 2018 HYUNDAI SONATA?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was USAA. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 5

Did this 2018 HYUNDAI SONATA come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with water/flood damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN 5NPE34AB9JH637297?

Accepted Answer

5NPE34AB9JH637297 identifies this specific 2018 HYUNDAI SONATA in blue with a 2.0l 4 engine, front wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.
