Question 1

Was $3,250 a good price for this 2020 HYUNDAI PALISADE?

Accepted Answer

1563 comparable 2020 HYUNDAI PALISADE listings sold at auction for a median of $6,900, spanning $4,150 to $10,500. At $3,250 this one went 53% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

This HYUNDAI PALISADE sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this HYUNDAI PALISADE?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 HYUNDAI PALISADE was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this HYUNDAI PALISADE from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in FL - HUDSON. The nearest major vehicle export port is Jacksonville, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 110,373 miles high for a 2020 HYUNDAI PALISADE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 HYUNDAI PALISADE listings at auction averaged 90,209 miles across 1563 sales, so at 110,373 miles this one sits 22% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

This HYUNDAI PALISADE has roof and front & rear damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.
