Question 1

What does a no ownership-ontario mean for this HYUNDAI ELANTRA?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 HYUNDAI ELANTRA was sold on a no ownership-ontario. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 2

This HYUNDAI ELANTRA has front and possible mech. damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 3

Is 134,157 miles high for a 2018 HYUNDAI ELANTRA?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 HYUNDAI ELANTRA listings at auction averaged 77,625 miles across 1318 sales, so at 134,157 miles this one sits 73% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Where was this HYUNDAI ELANTRA located?

Accepted Answer

The lot was held at IAAI in ONTARIO - ST-EUSTACHE. Location sets the inland transport cost to a port or a repair shop, and state title rules differ, so two otherwise identical cars can be worth noticeably different amounts.

Question 5

Did this 2018 HYUNDAI ELANTRA come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN 5NPD74LFXJH284651?

Accepted Answer

5NPD74LFXJH284651 identifies this specific 2018 HYUNDAI ELANTRA in white with a 2.0l i-4 dohc, vvt, 147hp engine, front wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.
