Question 1

What does a on-salvage-ontario mean for this HYUNDAI ACCENT?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 HYUNDAI ACCENT was sold on a on-salvage-ontario. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 2

This HYUNDAI ACCENT has front and rear damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 3

Where was this HYUNDAI ACCENT located?

Accepted Answer

The lot was held at IAAI in ONTARIO - LONDON. Location sets the inland transport cost to a port or a repair shop, and state title rules differ, so two otherwise identical cars can be worth noticeably different amounts.

Question 4

Did this 2017 HYUNDAI ACCENT come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN KMHCT5AE9HU354739?

Accepted Answer

KMHCT5AE9HU354739 identifies this specific 2017 HYUNDAI ACCENT in grey with a 1.6l i-4 di, dohc, vvt, 137hp engine, front wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2017 HYUNDAI ACCENT from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2017 HYUNDAI ACCENT was listed at IAAI as lot 12684924 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
