Question 1

What do front end 2021 HONDA RIDGELINE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 145 recorded sales of the 2021 HONDA RIDGELINE with front end damage, the median was $7,450, from $4,450 to $10,800. That is 7% below the $7,988 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $9,900 a good price for this 2021 HONDA RIDGELINE?

Accepted Answer

313 comparable 2021 HONDA RIDGELINE listings sold at auction for a median of $7,988, spanning $4,700 to $12,200. At $9,900 this one went 24% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this HONDA RIDGELINE sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2021 HONDA RIDGELINE's pre-damage retail value at $26,706. It sold for $9,900 — 63% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

Is 51,281 miles high for a 2021 HONDA RIDGELINE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 HONDA RIDGELINE listings at auction averaged 58,320 miles across 313 sales, so at 51,281 miles this one sits 12% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

This HONDA RIDGELINE has front end and undercarriage damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

What does a salvage title mean for this HONDA RIDGELINE?

Accepted Answer

This 2021 HONDA RIDGELINE was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.
