Question 1

What do front end 2019 HONDA RIDGELINE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 343 recorded sales of the 2019 HONDA RIDGELINE with front end damage, the median was $6,113, from $3,900 to $8,700. That is 6% below the $6,475 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $6,500 a good price for this 2019 HONDA RIDGELINE?

Accepted Answer

731 comparable 2019 HONDA RIDGELINE listings sold at auction for a median of $6,475, spanning $4,050 to $9,600. At $6,500 this one went exactly at that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this HONDA RIDGELINE sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2019 HONDA RIDGELINE's pre-damage retail value at $20,278. It sold for $6,500 — 68% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

How far is this HONDA RIDGELINE from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in FL - ORLANDO. The nearest major vehicle export port is Jacksonville, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does a non-repairable mean for this HONDA RIDGELINE?

Accepted Answer

This 2019 HONDA RIDGELINE was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 6

Is 72,491 miles high for a 2019 HONDA RIDGELINE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 HONDA RIDGELINE listings at auction averaged 85,993 miles across 731 sales, so at 72,491 miles this one sits 16% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
