Question 1

What do front end 2022 HONDA RIDGELINE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 164 recorded sales of the 2022 HONDA RIDGELINE with front end damage, the median was $8,500, from $4,850 to $12,800. That is 7% below the $9,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,250 a good price for this 2022 HONDA RIDGELINE?

Accepted Answer

388 comparable 2022 HONDA RIDGELINE listings sold at auction for a median of $9,100, spanning $5,100 to $14,000. At $3,250 this one went 64% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this HONDA RIDGELINE?

Accepted Answer

This 2022 HONDA RIDGELINE was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

What does "ENGINE STARTS" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENGINE STARTS is the auction's own condition note for this 2022 HONDA RIDGELINE. It is a short status flag applied by the auction, not the result of a mechanical inspection. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

How far is this HONDA RIDGELINE from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in PA - PITTSTON. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 150 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 50,709 miles high for a 2022 HONDA RIDGELINE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 HONDA RIDGELINE listings at auction averaged 49,767 miles across 388 sales, so at 50,709 miles this one sits 2% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
