Question 1

What do front end 2017 HONDA RIDGELINE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 325 recorded sales of the 2017 HONDA RIDGELINE with front end damage, the median was $5,100, from $3,450 to $7,900. That is 9% below the $5,600 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

This HONDA RIDGELINE sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

What does a clean title mean for this HONDA RIDGELINE?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 HONDA RIDGELINE was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 4

How far is this HONDA RIDGELINE from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in MI - WAYLAND. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 550 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $475-$650, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Can I buy this 2017 HONDA RIDGELINE from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2017 HONDA RIDGELINE was listed at COPART as lot 99269125 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN 5FPYK3F74HB020985?

Accepted Answer

5FPYK3F74HB020985 identifies this specific 2017 HONDA RIDGELINE in white with a 3.5l 6 engine, all wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.
