Question 1

What do side 2020 HONDA RIDGELINE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 38 recorded sales of the 2020 HONDA RIDGELINE with side damage, the median was $6,400, from $3,700 to $9,700. That is 10% below the $7,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 HONDA RIDGELINE. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 3

Is 37,658 miles high for a 2020 HONDA RIDGELINE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 HONDA RIDGELINE listings at auction averaged 70,342 miles across 329 sales, so at 37,658 miles this one sits 46% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Who sold this 2020 HONDA RIDGELINE?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was USAA. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 5

Where was this HONDA RIDGELINE located?

Accepted Answer

The lot was held at COPART in HI - KAPOLEI. Location sets the inland transport cost to a port or a repair shop, and state title rules differ, so two otherwise identical cars can be worth noticeably different amounts.

Question 6

Did this 2020 HONDA RIDGELINE come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with side damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
