Question 1

What do side 2016 HONDA PILOT models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 334 recorded sales of the 2016 HONDA PILOT with side damage, the median was $4,450, from $3,250 to $6,500. That is 1% above the $4,400 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does a salvage title mean for this HONDA PILOT?

Accepted Answer

This 2016 HONDA PILOT was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 3

How far is this HONDA PILOT from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in TX - HOUSTON. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Is 166,998 miles high for a 2016 HONDA PILOT?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 HONDA PILOT listings at auction averaged 128,855 miles across 2786 sales, so at 166,998 miles this one sits 30% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

This HONDA PILOT has side and minor dent/scratches damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2016 HONDA PILOT from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2016 HONDA PILOT was listed at COPART as lot 63834745 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
