Question 1

What do rear end 2026 HONDA PASSPORT models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 23 recorded sales of the 2026 HONDA PASSPORT with rear end damage, the median was $15,800, from $9,700 to $22,200. That is 4% below the $16,500 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $22,600 a good price for this 2026 HONDA PASSPORT?

Accepted Answer

189 comparable 2026 HONDA PASSPORT listings sold at auction for a median of $16,500, spanning $8,400 to $22,600. At $22,600 this one went 37% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this HONDA PASSPORT sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2026 HONDA PASSPORT's pre-damage retail value at $54,317. It sold for $22,600 — 58% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

This HONDA PASSPORT has rear end and side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

How far is this HONDA PASSPORT from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in NY - BROOKHAVEN. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 160 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

What does "ENGINE STARTS" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENGINE STARTS is the auction's own condition note for this 2026 HONDA PASSPORT. It is a short status flag applied by the auction, not the result of a mechanical inspection. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
