Question 1

What do rear end 2020 HONDA PASSPORT models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 23 recorded sales of the 2020 HONDA PASSPORT with rear end damage, the median was $7,150, from $5,000 to $10,500. That is 20% above the $5,950 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $6,600 a good price for this 2020 HONDA PASSPORT?

Accepted Answer

329 comparable 2020 HONDA PASSPORT listings sold at auction for a median of $5,950, spanning $3,950 to $9,000. At $6,600 this one went 11% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this HONDA PASSPORT sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2020 HONDA PASSPORT's pre-damage retail value at $26,559. It sold for $6,600 — 75% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 HONDA PASSPORT. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

How far is this HONDA PASSPORT from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in OH - NORTHFIELD. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 430 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $375-$525, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 38,436 miles high for a 2020 HONDA PASSPORT?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 HONDA PASSPORT listings at auction averaged 71,063 miles across 329 sales, so at 38,436 miles this one sits 46% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
